And his start just isn't fun for the first twenty or so turns at the moment. Mazzie needs a bit of work, as do all Slann. T played them, but is there a consensus best yet? Would love any input you all have to this list! Here is a link to the article with more flavor text:
Khemri - Settra the Imperishable - Just the most boss of all the TK and he starts with great units.Clan Mors - Queek Headtaker - If you love stormvermin I guess and plan to fight Dwarves? I love Queek the most I think as a lord, but his advantages in strength are not the typical skaven advantages so I feel it sets him back.Clan Rictus - Tretch Craventail - I love the ambubsh bonuses, definitely one of the most fun factions to play since he can weasel his way out of any situation.I have less experience with Skaven overall, but this guy seems like the best even though I haven't gotten very far with him Clan Pestilens - Lord Skrolk - That rite is just so devastating lol.Hexoatl - Mazdamundi - I'd love a buff for Mazda, he has great spells but I just feel like he needs a bit more of an edge.Fielding saurus warriors for pennies should be illegal The Last Defenders - Kroq-Gar - IMO the best faction in the game.And of course spreading chaos corruption is pretty great. Cult of Pleasure - Morathi - Just a little weaker on the battle side but with some great spells.Har Ganeth - Crone Hellebron - A little biased here since I've had the best play through with her, but I just love her post battle loot bonuses and imo the blood voyage is a great asset.Naggarond - Malekith - Just a strong lord with a great starting city, what's not to love? Black dragon mount is my favorite in the game due to the dragon breath.Avelorn - Alarielle - Between her and Teclis, I like her because she starts in Ulthuan and has access to Treemen.Nagarythe - Alith Anar - Just incredible campaign bonuses and the underway stance is so fun to use as Elves.Lothern - Tyrion - I can see why some might pick another lord, but for me Tyrion being one of the best melee lords in the game puts him at the top for me, even if his campaign buffs aren't that great.Here's what I've got, only the top 3 for each faction Not sure if you can run the game?
